We’re thrilled to be launching improvements to further increase the accuracy of your
NextGen (AC220-V2) dairy dispenser.
As part of this improvement, we’ve introduced a new dairy valve. This new valve, along with a software update, introduces a new feature that automatically retracts the dairy plunger when loading a bag. This reduces complexity when changing bags and improves accuracy.
Please have your NextGen Dairy serial number and restaurant number ready prior to ordering and complete the form below in its entirety. The serial number can be found on the inside of your dairy dispenser (top left side).
Please note: Some dispensers purchased in late 2022 may not require a valve replacement. Please complete the form regardless of when purchased. Submitting the form enables us to determine how many new valves are needed. All dispensers require the software update.
