Inside Sales and Strategic Account Coordinator

SUMMARY OF POSITION

This is a great entry level opportunity for an energetic business professional to be part of a strong sales and marketing team who are passionate about helping customers achieve their goals. The team is seeking a sales professional who is a curious by nature, results oriented and passionate about delivering a superior customer experience.

Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, you will be a key team player with two main areas of responsibility. First, you will be responsible for managing the complete inside sales cycle for SureShot’s independents, regional chains, and dealer accounts. Secondly, you will also provide sales support to our strategic account team and the customers they serve.

 

JOB DUTIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Accountable for the growth, retention & service of customers served through inside sales channel.
  • Serve as single point of contact and advocate for customers and is responsible for managing the entire sales cycle from first touch point to post-delivery check in.
  • Works collaboratively across all SureShot departments as required to achieve sales goals
  • Responsible for accurate forecasting and proper sales administration functions
  • Support the strategic account team on administration, special projects and customer requests. Tasks included here would include: compilation of order history, running various reports, preparation of presentations, drafting proposals, initiating and tracking sales demos and assisting in preparation of customer specific trade shows.

 

QUALIFICATIONS/COMPETENCIES:

  • A post-secondary degree preferably in Business Administration or the equivalent work experience
  • Demonstrated 2-3 years experience in B2B inside sales
  • Skilled in solution based or consultative based selling techniques
  • Instinctively comfortable with prospecting new business through research and networking
  • Have a strong sense of personal responsibility, accountability and possess a “problem-solver” attitude
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team – possess a natural willingness to ‘pitch in’
  • Highly customer centric
  • Demonstrated ability to be resourceful
  • Be a positive, organized and motivated individual.
  • Skilled in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and CRM tools
  • Must be able to prioritize tasks and manage a dynamic workload.

Warehouse Support Team Member

Known for consistent accuracy, our portion-control dispensers deliver precise amounts of milk, cream, sugar, sweetener, and flavor so that restaurant goers can enjoy the same great tasting beverages with every visit.

The company has an immediate opening for an experienced warehouse employee to join its Logistics team.

Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain, this role is an integral part of a six-person Logistics team responsible for the movement and control of incoming material and the shipping of finished goods and parts to SureShot customers in North America and international markets.

 

Responsibilities

This specific team member will be responsible for the orderly and controlled receipt of incoming goods into inventory and the outbound shipment of finished dispensers and parts to SureShot customers. This role will also support other logistics functions such as kitting as required.

 

Qualifications

  • Experience in a fast paced, complex warehouse environment
  • Trained in the safe and efficient use of common warehouse equipment and willing to learn forklift operation
  • Comfortable using inventory control systems. Experience using Syspro would be a definite asset.
  • Attention to detail
  • Adaptability and willingness to cross train and perform other Logistics team functions as required, including forklift operation
  • Focus on both internal and external customers
  • Ability to work both independently and with a core team and cross functional team

Assembly Team Employees

SureShot Solutions® is a local company that designs, engineers, manufactures, and markets dispensers for beverages and beverage enhancers to many of the world’s leading quick-service restaurant chains. Known for consistent accuracy, our portion-control dispensers deliver precise amounts of milk, cream, sugar, sweetener, and flavor so that restaurant goers can enjoy the same great tasting beverages with every visit.

The Assembly team operates on a five day per week basis (Monday to Friday) from 7:30 to 4:00 at the Company premises in Lower Sackville and has an immediate requirement to add to its complement of dedicated team members

The Assembly team is responsible for the assembly of finished product dispensing machines in accordance with specified procedures and drawings. Members are assigned specific responsibilities at defined work stations based on training and aptitudes.

While experience in a related industry or production environment would be ideal, entry level roles could be of interest if the following statements apply to you:
